The shoes shouldn’t have been worn outdoors, and their soles should be free of street marks. Trying them on at home, on a clean floor, is fine.
The hand-painted Giardino can be returned and exchanged like any other model; we just want you to know the pattern on the new pair will be different.
Personalised items (Ninna printed with a name, the Founding Series with your family number printed on the sole) are legally exempt from the right of withdrawal. Even so, if the size is wrong, we’ll exchange them once, free of charge.
With the birthday gift set, the exchange code is on the card in the box, so the family who received the gift can make the exchange.

We can’t accept returns of shoes that have been worn outdoors, but if the size is wrong, write to us and we’ll find a solution together. You can also send them to the Take Back programme.
