1. Data controller

Identity (first name, surname); contact (email, telephone, delivery and billing address); customer transaction (order, return and exchange information); financial (billing information; your card details are not stored by us but are processed by the payment institution); marketing (communication consent, interests); transaction security (IP address, session information).

Data about your child: only the name (optional), birth month and foot measurement that you share with us. We keep this data to a minimum and process it only for size recommendations, measurement reminders and age-appropriate content. We use photos of children only with your explicit consent and with faces not shown.

3. Purposes of processing

Receiving, taking payment for and delivering orders, and handling returns and exchanges; customer service; running the Founding Families and Take Back programmes; arranging online consultation appointments; fulfilling legal obligations; sending promotional material and content where you have given explicit consent or consent to commercial electronic messages; keeping the site secure.

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely the formation or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interest; and, in cases such as marketing and photos of children, on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the shipping company, the payment institution, the e-invoice service provider, information technology and cloud service providers [PLACEHOLDER], and authorised public bodies. Transfers to service providers located abroad are made in accordance with the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated or partly automated means, through our website, email, telephone and social media channels.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred; object to any outcome against you that arises from analysis by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing.
