Sizes and measuring
Which size should I buy?
Measure your child’s foot in the afternoon, while they’re standing, and enter the length in the Size Finder. Our sizes already include 1.2 cm of growing room.
Size FinderMy child is between two sizes.
Choose the larger one. The exception: Prima (ballet) and Cavallino (riding) need a close fit, so choose the smaller size for these.
Are your shoes cut wide?
Yes, there’s about 8 mm of room for the toes to spread. For very narrow feet, we recommend our hook-and-loop and lace-up models.
How often should I measure?
Roughly every two months from 0–12 months, every three months from 1–3 years, and every four months from 3–6 years.
How fast do feet grow?Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Troy cards, and bank transfer (havale/EFT). Instalment options for selected cards are shown at checkout.
Can I change my order?
If you write to us before it’s shipped, we can change the size, colour or address.
Where will my invoice be sent?
Your e-archive invoice is sent to the email address on your order.
When will an out-of-stock size be back?
Leave your email with “Notify me” on the product page, and we’ll write to you when the new production run arrives. We give production dates openly on the product page.

No, shipping is free on all orders across Turkey.

Returns and exchanges

Start an exchange request from your account. Your first exchange is free, and the new pair is sent the day you ship the old one back.
Returns and exchangesHow long do I have to return something?
30 days from delivery. The legal withdrawal period is 14 days; we give you 30.
Returns and exchangesCan I exchange shoes we tried on at home?
Yes. We accept shoes that haven’t been worn outdoors and have no street marks on their soles.
Can I exchange shoes I received as a gift?
Yes. The card in the gift set has an exchange code, so we don’t need to contact the person who ordered them.
Product and care
Do your shoes have arch support?
No, and that’s deliberate. Our insoles are flat and removable, so if a specialist has recommended a particular insole, you can put it in instead.
Flat feet: when are they normal? There are small marks on the leather. Is that a fault?
No. The small variations you may see in vegetable-tanned leather show that it’s a natural material. The leather softens and darkens with wear.
Is Neve waterproof?
No. Its suede is given a water-repellent treatment; that’s enough for playing in the snow, but not for hours in wet snow.
Can I machine-wash the shoes?
No. Care instructions for each model are on its product page; for most, a damp cloth and a natural leather cream are all you need.
Founding Families
Does it cost anything to become a Founding Family?
No, it’s free and you don’t have to buy anything.
Founding FamiliesWhat is the family number for?
It’s printed on the sole of Founding Series shoes. With your number you vote on new models and are the first to try prototypes.
Take Back
How do I send back outgrown shoes?
Start a Take Back request from your account and you’ll receive a free shipping code. You earn 300 points for every pair.
Take Back programmeWhat happens to the shoes I send?
Pairs that have kept their shape are hygienically cleaned and go to children who need them; worn-out pairs are recycled. You can see which way yours went in your account.
The living box
Which box will I get?
Each model comes with a particular box concept, shown on its product page. All seven concepts are on The story of the box page.
The story of the boxIs the box safe?
We use FSC-certified card and water-based inks, with no plastic and no magnets. The seed stones in the Mangala box are small parts; keep them away from children under 3.
We don’t have a ready answer to this one.
Write to us and we’ll reply within one working day.
