This agreement has been drawn up in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Parties

Buyer: the person whose name, address and contact details appear on the order form.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product that the buyer orders electronically from the seller’s website, whose characteristics and sale price are stated in the order summary.

3. Product, price and payment

The type, quantity, colour and size of the product, and its sale price including VAT, are set out in the order summary and the preliminary information form. Shipping is free. Payment is made by credit card, debit card or bank transfer (havale/EFT).

4. Delivery

The product is delivered to the address given by the buyer within 30 days at the latest of the order being confirmed. Under normal circumstances, the seller aims to deliver within 1–3 working days.

5. Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the product being delivered to them or to a person they designate, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The seller has voluntarily extended this period to 30 days.

Notice of withdrawal can be given through the “Returns / exchanges” section of your account, by email or in writing. The buyer must send the product back to the seller within 10 days of giving notice of withdrawal. The cost of return shipping is borne by the seller.

The seller will refund the full amount to the payment method the buyer used within 14 days at the latest of receiving the notice of withdrawal.

6. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared to the buyer’s wishes or personal needs (products printed with a name, and Founding Series products with a family number printed on the sole). For these products, if the size does not fit, the seller offers a one-time free exchange.

7. Defective products

If the product is defective, the buyer may exercise one of the following rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502: withdrawal from the agreement, a reduction in price, free repair, or replacement with a non-defective equivalent.

8. Dispute resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the buyer’s place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade; above those limits, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

9. Entry into force

Before confirming the order, the buyer confirms electronically that they have read and accepted the preliminary information form and this agreement. The agreement enters into force when the order is confirmed.
