How points work
- 300 points for every Ottavino pair, whatever its condition.
- Points can be used on your next purchase and are valid for 24 months.
- Points from up to two pairs can be used on a single order.
- For now we only accept Ottavino shoes; we’re looking for a partner to recycle other brands.

- The shoes just need to be clean; there’s no need to wash them.
- You don’t need the box; if you’d like to keep the living box, any other box will do.
- You may want to keep Founding Series pairs with your family number on the sole; you don’t have to send them back.

Questions about Take Back
Can I still send shoes that are very worn?
Yes. You get the same points; the pair goes to recycling.
Who receives the donated shoes?
Children identified together with village schools and with education charities working in disaster areas. We report every donation round on the Transparency page.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Yes, parents on the same family profile share points. To transfer them to another family, write to us.
Are the shoes ever sold second-hand?
No. We never sell any pair that comes back to us.
