Dispatch: Weekday orders placed by 14:00 ship the same day; later orders ship the next working day
Istanbul: 1 working day
Metropolitan cities: 1–2 working days
Other provinces and districts: 2–3 working days
Birthday gift set: Dispatched to arrive on the delivery date you choose
Cash on delivery: Not available; pay by card or bank transfer (havale/EFT)

For now we only ship within Turkey. For deliveries to Northern Cyprus (KKTC) or abroad, write to us; we’ll let you know when it becomes possible.

Good to know about delivery

If a parcel arrives damaged, sign for it with a damage report in front of the courier and send us a photo.
On public holidays and at busy times, delivery may take one working day longer; we’ll tell you when you order.
Our boxes are large and sturdy; they don’t fit through a letterbox and are delivered on signature.
